WE LOCATED an Ethical ABA Agency in PA (near Philadelphia) to Represent to Recruit Experienced RBTs / BHTs (2 to 5 years of experience). — RELOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED —

Our company has been retained by a non-PE backed, BCBA founded and led ABA Agency located in the Bethlehem, PA area to recruit experienced RBTs/BHTs to join their group of exceptionally committed and qualified ABA Practitioners.

We are recruiting for full-time positions, although they also have part-time after-school positions available as well.

1) Hourly rate $21 to $26 (high intensity / challenging behavior cases)

2) The company pays for nonbillable and admin hours in case of scheduling issues

3) Paid driving time

4) Medical, dental, vision, and disability

5) 401-K match

6) PTO

7) Exceptional (paid) company provided training opportunities

8) Extensive (~ 10%) weekly supervision

9) A very diverse caseload – across multiple diagnoses and across age groups – allows BTs/RBTs to fully implement the science of ABA, beyond autism.

10) Company has a reputation of being able to successfully take on the most challenging cases.

(11) Career path available. Multiple levels for RBTs based on experience.

12) The company promotes extensively from within. They prefer to grow their own BCBAs.

13) Company-provided supervision. 15 RBTs are in the process of becoming BCBAs.

Community-based program designed to support families on waitlist

Being an RBT for me was extremely fun because where were you going to find a place where you can be completely silly without having to worry what people thought about you? This was the only job that made me feel like I could make a dramatic difference while being myself.

I also liked to be surrounded by people that had the same goals of wanting to help kids and the teamwork made the job much easier and more enjoyable.

Change and progress was the ultimate goal for our kiddos. The early intervention program was seriously only a miracle because I saw changes in the kiddos that from day one, you wouldn’t even recognize who they were.

Changes from being able to utter 3-4 words where they can only make a syllable from when they started, the behavior decreases in which kiddo that used to engage in 30-40 0 self-harm to only half, learning how to wait during games, table work where they use to swipe and drop to the floor if they had to.

My favorite was when the parents would tell us what amazing progress they were making at home. I used to tear up and felt for these parents so much because it was already difficult for them and now, they can trust and rely on ABA and the therapists knowing their goal was ours.
