Special Learning, Inc. Names Sarah Winningham as Director for Clinical Solutions

Sarah Winningham has been named Director for Clinical Solutions with the goal of boosting efficient performance of the Special Learning, Inc. Clinical Team.

CHICAGO, IL – September 13, 2016 – Special Learning, Inc. announced today that Sarah Winningham has been named Director for Clinical Solutions with the goal of boosting efficient performance of the Special Learning, Inc. Clinical Team while delivering high-quality customer service across the organization.

Ms. Winningham will play an integral role on the company’s leadership team, aiming to push the organization to excel further the Special Learning brand’s strength across all client segments. Specifically, she will be responsible for hiring and training new clinical staff, managing and planning for all clinical projects, and facilitating communication between clinical staff and other members of the Special Learning, Inc. team.

Ms. Winningham’s previous experience includes three years working at Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) centers as a therapist, trainer, clinical lead and clinical director. She is currently an adjunct member at Capella University teaching Master’s level ABA courses.

Ms. Winningham, MA, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Indiana. She received her Master’s degree in Special Education from Ball State University with certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. Ms. Winningham has been working with students on the Autism Spectrum for almost 9 years and will continue to develop continuing education and training materials for Special Learning, Inc., in her new role.
