Our commitment

Special Learning wants families, caregivers, educators and professionals, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our websites and educational resources.

Our accessibility target

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We do not currently claim site-wide conformance. A page that works in one browser or screen size does not establish that every page, document, video and purchase step is accessible.

Current limitations

Some videos or training materials may lack captions or transcripts. Our limited page checks do not establish that all keyboard navigation, color contrast, documents, videos or purchase steps are accessible. Some older pages, documents and embedded services may have additional barriers.

We operate our website and storefront and are responsible for improving the parts we control. Third-party payment or embedded services, if used, may have separate limitations. Tell us if one prevents you from using our service.

Get help or report a barrier

Email info@special-learning.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, or use our contact page at https://special-learning.com/contact/. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the format or assistance you need. You may tell us the browser or assistive technology you use if that would help. Please do not include passwords or sensitive medical information.

If you need captions, a transcript or another format for a particular course, ask us about that course’s available options. We will review your request and explain what support we can provide.
