PA (IBHS) Full Training Package
The PA IBHS Full Training Package is a Pennsylvania IBHS training package that brings together recorded training for behavior technicians, behavior analysts and clinical directors at IBHS agencies.
What is included
The package combines initial and supplemental recorded training for behavior technicians, clinical directors and behavior consultants. Your agency must match the material to each staff member’s role and current requirements.
It holds 32 recorded sessions, including Ensuring Treatment Integrity, Severe Problem Behavior, Mand Training Across Modalities: Effective Methods to Teach Functional Communication, and Psychotropic Medications and Side Effects.
Technician sessions include RBT® 2.0 40-Hour Online Training Course- Module 2: Section F (Part I)- Role of an RBT and Career Advancement and RBT® 2.0 40-Hour Online Training Course Module-11: Section D (Part 1)- Behavior Reduction.
Leadership and team sessions include 2022 BCBA Ethics Code in Practice: Responsibility as a Professional and Multidisciplinary Collaboration Series- Module 3: EDUCATORS & ABA.

Training scope
Pennsylvania DHS's published IBHS training approval process lists trainings offered by a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider as already considered approved by the Department. Special Learning is a BACB ACE provider (OP-14-2437). Match these recordings’ documented clock hours and topics to your staff training plan; a CE label alone does not establish IBHS clock hours or complete topic coverage. First aid and mandated-reporting training are separate.
Pennsylvania’s April 2026 guidance treats second-edition RBT Task List training and pre-2026 certificates as outdated. Provider status alone does not establish that older training meets the current curriculum requirements.
