Well, there's not much more I can do about the RBT Turnover situation in our field other than shedding light on companies that employ best practices and those on the opposite side of the spectrum.

Special Learning is a content company. We've been developing professional development content, curriculum, and materials for over 12 years.
There's research (Dr. Ronnie Detrich mentioned some but I forgot the studies) that shows that training directly impacts retention. We now know that too many RBTs without adequate foundational knowledge of ABA are left to their own devices without a lifeline. While we're working to create the RBT lifeline (I need more volunteers please!), I will offer all the training materials that we have to any BT / RBT for free.
