If you're writing a behavior intervention plan for a 10-year-old with high-magnitude aggression, take a course on functional behavior assessment or functional communication training. The best CE hours are the ones you can apply the next day.

On-demand libraries let you pause, rewind, take notes, and return when you're focused. For a BCBA managing a school-age caseload, that might mean watching a 1-hour webinar during a cancellation gap or on a Saturday morning when your cognitive load is lighter.

Look for courses that include downloadable tools: PowerPoint slides, checklists, worksheets, or case study templates you can adapt for your own clients. That practical layer helps you move from concept to implementation without starting from scratch.
