Massachusetts ABA staff requirements: not yet confirmed
This page is for people who run an ABA team in Massachusetts. We tried to read Massachusetts's training, supervision and credential rules for behavior technicians and analysts at a state source, and couldn't, so this page lists no requirements. Below is what we tried and when. Until we can read the source, check with the state directly.
This version covers U.S. states. If you're outside the U.S., email contact@special-learning.com with your country and we'll tell you when yours is ready.

What we couldn't confirm, and why
The state's own regulation, 262 CMR 10.00, sits on a website that blocked our access. We read one MassHealth plan's provider manual in full and it sets no ABA staff rule, but that one manual cannot speak for MassHealth as a whole or for the other plans.
This page is general information, not legal advice. Rules change, so confirm with the state before you act on it.
