Minnesota ABA staff requirements, with sources
This page is for people who run an ABA team in Minnesota. It lists the training, supervision and credential rules for behavior technicians and analysts that we found at a state source. Each rule shows the law or policy it comes from and the date we last checked Minnesota. Where we couldn't confirm a rule, we say so instead of guessing.
This version covers U.S. states. If you're outside the U.S., email contact@special-learning.com with your country and we'll tell you when yours is ready.

What the state requires
Agencies must provide training for all agency staff on the requirements and responsibilities in the Maltreatment of Minors Act (ch. 260E) and the Vulnerable Adult Protection Act.
Source: revisor.mn.gov -- Minn. Stat. § 256B.0949 (EIDBI benefit)
Training for EIDBI providers on culturally appropriate practices must be online, accessible, and available in multiple languages.
For Level III providers, completion of all required EIDBI training within six months of employment is one of four alternative routes to qualify (another route is one year of qualifying experience in a related role) -- it is not a blanket requirement on every Level III provider; an agency employing someone who already has the qualifying experience does not owe the training on that clock.
