Ohio ABA staff requirements, with sources

This page is for people who run an ABA team in Ohio. It lists the training, supervision and credential rules for behavior technicians and analysts that we found at a state source. Each rule shows the law or policy it comes from and the date we last checked Ohio. Where we couldn't confirm a rule, we say so instead of guessing.

We found no ABA staff training rule in force in Ohio. A rule was proposed and its comment period closed on May 20, 2025, but it has not taken effect: Ohio's own code has no rule under the chapter it would use.
