Wyoming ABA staff requirements, with sources
This page is for people who run an ABA team in Wyoming. It lists the training, supervision and credential rules for behavior technicians and analysts that we found at a state source. Each rule shows the law or policy it comes from and the date we last checked Wyoming. Where we couldn't confirm a rule, we say so instead of guessing.
This version covers U.S. states. If you're outside the U.S., email contact@special-learning.com with your country and we'll tell you when yours is ready.

What the state requires
Wyoming Medicaid's billing bulletin for CPT 97153 names the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as the technician who typically renders that code, under the supervision of a physician, BCBA, or other qualified healthcare professional. This is a billing/reimbursement instrument naming credentials -- it is not itself a stated state training mandate.

What we couldn't confirm, and why
Wyoming's rule on behavioral health services, Chapter 13 of 048-0037, sits on a state website we could not read. What is listed above comes from a billing bulletin, which is not a training rule.
This page is general information, not legal advice. Rules change, so confirm with the state before you act on it.
