By accessing and using Special Learning websites (special-learning.com, store.special-learning.com, education.special-learning.com), you agree to these terms of service.

2. Services

Special Learning provides continuing education (CE) courses, training libraries, downloadable clinical tools, and related educational resources for behavior analysts and allied health professionals. Special Learning is a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider (OP-14-2437); CE courses are offered under this authorization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Course access and CE certificates are non-transferable.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

CE Library and All Access purchases provide 12-month access from date of purchase. Monthly All Access subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD.

5. Refund Policy

Please contact us at info@special-learning.com for refund requests. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. CE certificates that have already been issued are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, downloadable tools, and materials are the intellectual property of Special Learning, Inc. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Special Learning provides educational content and is not responsible for individual clinical decisions. CE courses satisfy continuing education requirements but do not constitute clinical supervision or consultation.
