How This Tracker Works
Enter your credential and actual recertification date. Add only activities earned in the applicable cycle. This tool compares your entries with the selected numeric targets; it does not validate eligibility, repeated activities, earned dates or supporting documentation. Excess CEUs cannot carry into the next cycle.
All data is stored in your browser using localStorage until you choose to save it to your Special Learning account. If you save it, your log is stored on your account and follows you between devices; if you do not, nothing leaves this browser.
BACB July 2026 Participation-Monitoring CE Requirement
The handbooks permit eligible Learning, Teaching and Scholarship activities. For ACE events, verify the provider and the event requirements. The ACE Handbook effective July 1, 2026 permits live and asynchronous formats with participation monitoring. Knowledge questions are one example, with at least 3 per CEU when that measure is used; other activities requiring active responses are allowed. Reading or watching an arbitrary item alone does not establish eligibility.

Frequently Asked Questions
BCBAs need 32 CEUs per two-year cycle, including 4 Ethics CEUs. For BCBAs who supervised RBTs or BCaBAs on record, or trainees pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification, the current handbook requires 3 supervision CEUs; BCBAs recertifying on or after January 1, 2027 need 4 supervision CEUs. Use your actual recertification date, not just the cycle start date. The tracker compares your entries with selected targets; it does not verify CE eligibility or certify recertification.
BCaBAs need 20 CEUs per two-year cycle, including 4 Ethics CEUs. BCaBAs who supervised RBTs on record during the cycle need 3 supervision CEUs. The BCBA supervision increase does not change this BCaBA target.
Yes, unless you choose to save it. By default everything stays in this browser using localStorage, and clearing your browser data resets the log. If you sign in and save it to your Special Learning account, a saved copy is stored with us and can open on your other devices. This browser can also retain its local log; clearing that browser data removes its local copy.
