CPD reflection worksheet

Connect one learning activity to your professional development objective.

The College asks registrants to record a brief reflection on how an activity enhanced knowledge or skills, or supported a self-assessment objective. This printable worksheet offers prompts to help you draft that reflection. It is optional and does not replace the College's tracking sheet or self-assessment.

Print this page and write on it, or use the prompts in your own notes. Do not include client names or identifying details. Keep your records securely.

Keep the rest of the record

The College's record-keeping guidance lists the cycle dates, activity date and category, relevant content category, activity description and reflection among the items to track. It asks registrants to retain their tracking sheet and supporting documentation for five years. Check the College's record-keeping guidance and self-assessment guidance for current requirements.

Training for a new technician

Intro to ABA: Level 1 is basic methods training, not a credential or CE. Its free seven-day trial covers the first two sessions and needs no payment card. If you already have paid Level 1 access, use your course list: starting a trial can hide paid access.
