Before staff start a Level 1 trial
Check existing access and team eligibility before scheduling an evaluation. You do not need to buy a course to ask a question.
1. Check existing paid access
Ask whether anyone already has paid access to a Level 1 course from Special Learning. If they do, ask our team before they start another Level 1 trial so we can help check their existing access.
2. Confirm how your team would take part
The Level 1 group course lists a free seven-day trial of its first two sessions. Before arranging a group evaluation, ask us to confirm how access works for your staff. Do not assume one account can invite or enroll other learners.
3. Check whether the content fits
The course introduces autism and behavior-support foundations drawn largely from work with young children in classrooms and homes. The first trial session was recorded in 2012 and contains outdated diagnostic and prevalence information. Ask us about current information before using it.
It does not qualify anyone to practice ABA, is not RBT training, carries no continuing-education credit, and does not meet state-mandated training. It does not cover adult services, crisis intervention, restraint or trauma-informed care. Follow each person’s plan and the responsible clinical team.
4. Ask before you schedule
Tell us your organization, staff roles, approximate number of learners and any access questions. Please leave out names and private health information about the people your staff support.

Opening a draft does not send it. If your email app does not open, write to elena.park.ai@special-learning.com.
Once access is confirmed, use the team evaluation kit to plan a discussion with staff. Or talk with us about the learning need first.
