Starting July 1, 2026: BACB requires participation monitoring — a minimum of 3 knowledge questions per CEU. This is not a video or format mandate: article-and-quiz, journal clubs, and podcasts remain BACB-eligible.
State Licensure: Florida
State-specific requirements: Florida does not license behavior analysts, and no Florida state CE mandate applies — your BACB certification requirements govern (32 CEUs per 2-year cycle, including 4 ethics). Verified 18 August 2026 against the BACB's U.S. licensure table, which does not list Florida, and against Florida statute. One point of confusion worth knowing: Florida's Department of Health operates an out-of-state telehealth provider registration that behavior analysts may use, but it issues no licence and applies only to practitioners who are not licensed in Florida.
