Make a first–then choice card
If your child likes a visual reminder, choose a small activity together and decide what comes next. Both can change the plan.
A break, food, water, communication and comfort are not rewards to withhold. If the plan causes distress, pause and choose another way.
The worksheet does not send or save your entries. The site uses an attribution cookie; your browser or print settings may retain entries. Avoid names or health details; print or save a PDF before leaving.
