Usually, this is because your account is still inactive. You need to click the link in the automated email that was sent to you right after you created your account or right after you completed your purchase. You won’t be able to log in until you’ve completed the confirmation process. Any attempts to reset your password before account activation will also not work.
In case you’re still not able to access your account after you’ve clicked the activation link, kindly contact us at contact@special-learning.com to request for account activation. We suggest you use the subject line: “Activate Account / Resend Access Code”.
In cases where you’ve already created an account using a different email address prior to making your purchase, or you indicated an email address on the shopping cart order form different from what you intended to use in accessing the course, please email us at contact@special-learning.com to have your account updated.
