What is included in the BYO Library for teams? ▼
Each seat gets 12-month access to Special Learning's full training catalog: BACB ACE Provider continuing education (ethics, supervision, general CE), clinical skills training, psychopharmacology, school-based ABA, OBM, and more. Certificates are generated automatically upon course completion. ACE Provider #OP-14-2437.
How does volume pricing work? ▼
Volume pricing is based on the number of seats purchased. 5 seats start at $249/seat/year. 10 seats drop to $219/seat/year. 25 seats are $199/seat/year. For 50+ seats, contact us for custom enterprise pricing. All seats include identical full-catalog access.
Can I mix BCBAs and RBTs on the same plan? ▼
Yes. BYO Library seats provide access to the full catalog. BCBAs earn CEUs from a BACB ACE Provider from the CE-eligible courses. RBTs and other staff can access foundational training and professional development content. Each team member gets their own login and certificate tracking.
Is the content compliant with July 2026 BACB changes? ▼
Yes. All Special Learning CE content is video-based with embedded knowledge check assessments, meeting the new July 2026 BACB requirements. Article-and-quiz formats (which many providers still use) will no longer be eligible after July 1, 2026. Our content is already fully compliant.
Do you offer monthly billing? ▼
Individual BYO Library subscriptions are available at $49/month. For team plans, we offer annual billing at the volume rates shown above. Contact us to discuss payment terms that work for your organization's budget cycle.
