Each seat gets 12-month access to Special Learning's full training catalog: BACB ACE Provider continuing education (ethics, supervision, general CE), clinical skills training, psychopharmacology, school-based ABA, OBM, and more. Volume pricing is based on the number of seats purchased. 5 seats start at $249/seat/year. 10 seats drop to $219/seat/year. 25 seats are $199/seat/year. For 50+ seats, contact us for custom enterprise pricing. All seats include identical full-catalog access.

Yes. All Access Library seats provide access to the full catalog. BCBAs earn CEUs from a BACB ACE Provider from the CE-eligible courses. RBTs and other staff can access foundational training and professional development content. Each team member gets their own login and certificate tracking.

Yes. Special Learning CE content is video-based with embedded knowledge-check assessments. Effective July 1, 2026, the BACB ACE Provider standard adds participation monitoring: asynchronous or recorded CE must include at least 3 knowledge-check questions per CEU (or other active responding). Passive recordings with no active responding no longer count on their own. Article-and-quiz, journal clubs, and podcasts remain valid when they meet this.

Yes. You can add seats at any time. New seats are prorated for the remainder of your subscription period. Contact us at kchung@special-learning.com to add seats to an existing plan.
