What is included in the All Access Library for teams? ▼
Each seat gets 12-month access to Special Learning's full training catalog: BACB ACE Provider continuing education (ethics, supervision, general CE), clinical skills training, psychopharmacology, school-based ABA, OBM, and more. Certificates are generated automatically upon course completion. ACE Provider #OP-14-2437.
How does volume pricing work? ▼
Volume pricing is based on the number of seats purchased. Team volume discount available on request. All seats include identical full-catalog access.
Can I mix BCBAs and RBTs on the same plan? ▼
Yes. All Access Library seats provide access to the full catalog. BCBAs earn CEUs from a BACB ACE Provider from the CE-eligible courses. RBTs and other staff can access foundational training and professional development content. Each team member gets their own login and certificate tracking.
Is the content compliant with July 2026 BACB changes? ▼
Yes. Special Learning CE content is video-based with embedded knowledge-check assessments. Effective July 1, 2026, the BACB ACE Provider standard adds participation monitoring: asynchronous or recorded CE must include at least 3 knowledge-check questions per CEU (or other active responding). Passive recordings with no active responding no longer count on their own. Article-and-quiz, journal clubs, and podcasts remain valid when they meet this.
