Each delivered module ends in a scored test at 80%. What we can't tell you: § 5240.73 asks for Department-approved training and names no continuing-education alternative in any subsection, and we do not hold a Pennsylvania DHS approval — so your agency decides whether this counts against that line, against your own training plan under § 5240.13.
