Code § 5240.73(c). 17 sessions; the media files measure 30.19 hours against a 30-hour requirement — a margin of about twelve minutes, so if any one session goes unavailable the hours claim fails that day. Each delivered module ends in a scored test at 80%. What we can't tell you: § 5240.73 asks for Department-approved training and names no continuing-education alternative in any subsection, and we do not hold a Pennsylvania DHS approval — so your agency decides whether this counts against that line, against your own training plan under § 5240.13.
