What your state requires of your ABA staff

Every state sets its own rules for the people who deliver ABA: the training a behavior technician needs, who can supervise them, and the credentials that count. We went to each state's own sources for all 50 states and DC.

For 44 we read the rules in full, and each state's page lists them with the law or policy cited and the date we checked. For 5 we could confirm only part, and for 2 the state's website blocked us. Those pages say exactly what we couldn't confirm and why.

It's for the people who run ABA teams: owners, clinical directors and operations managers who need to know what their state expects of their staff.

This version covers U.S. states. If you're outside the U.S., email contact@special-learning.com with your country and we'll tell you when yours is ready.
